We are all called to be ministers. What are you called to do?

"Each of you has been blessed with one of God’s many wonderful gifts to be used in the service of others. So use your gift well." - 1 Peter 4:10. There are many ways to become involved in ministry toward others. Here are a few.

  • Music

  • Serving

    Service comes in many forms, from preparing and serving snacks for after-church fellowship, preparing food for Movie and a Meal, or volunteering at the Open Door Mission, the Recycling Center or Joseph's Coat.   • Kids

    There are many ways to impact the life of a child. Is it Sunday School, midweek youth group, or Vacation Bible School?  Whatever your gift, there is a child who can benefit. Contact Judi Pedersen if you are interested in helping with our children.

  • Prayer Ministry

    Prayer is part of our DNA. Personal prayer is available on Sunday mornings and throughout the week. We also have prayer groups: Men's Prayer on Tuesday at 6:41 a.m., Wednesday Evening Prayer at 6:00 p.m. We also do house blessings and prayer visits. If you need prayer, contact Pastor Mark Degner.

  • American Heritage Girls

    American Heritage Girls are for girls ages 5-18. American Heritage Girls Troop NE4605 meets at Christ Lutheran Church every first and third Tuesdays. American Heritage Girls is a Christ-center organization committed to helping girls grow in their faith and have a heart for service while having fun.     Trail Life USA meets on the first and third Tuesday of the month. Trail Life USA is designed for boys grades K-12th to grow in character and leadership skills, understanding their purpose, and serving their community.
